Maison Pâtisserie was born in 2009 when Chef Élise Beaumont left Paris with a single suitcase and a head full of recipes. She believed Oslo deserved real French pastries — the kind that take three days to make and disappear in three bites.
Today, our team of seven bakers starts before dawn so that by 7am, Grünerløkka smells like the 6th arrondissement. Every croissant, every tart, every éclair is made by hand — exactly as it should be.
